Fees

The fees our practitioners charge take into account the therapy they offer and their experience and training. Our fees are based on the consultation and correspondence time.
Additional fees will be payable for prescriptions and clinical letters requested and authorised outwith an appointment.
Payment
All payments must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the agreed session to secure your booking. If we do not receive the payment your session time will be re-allocated to someone else. You can pre-pay for your appointments by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict cancellation policy for appointments.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment or non-attendance will be charged 100% of the full rate Cancellations can be made by emailing
hello@edinburghpsychiatry.com or by phoning 0131 220 2343. Please note that cancellations need to be made via email or confirmed via phone conversation. A voicemail cannot be accepted as a request for cancellation.
If a cancellation is made and your sessions are paid through your insurance this will be charged as a full session to your insurer or you will be liable to pay 50% out with your insurance policy.
